Tooki Island in Lost Ark is one of the many areas where you tin can discover quests, Isle Souls and Mokoko Seeds. Lost Ark – Tooki Island Guide

Tooki island opens during specific hours of the day. Starting at 4:50 AM in your server's regional time, Tooki Island appears every iv hours each day. The island will also spawn in one of four different locations:

Northwest of Arthetine
Southwest of Pleccia and east of N Vern
Southwest of Northward Vern, near Revelry Row
Southeast of the East Luterra port

Tooki Island Soul and Giant Eye

The Tooki Island Soul drops randomly from the Tooki King. The rex spawns at the end of the island'due south co-op event. To gain contribution points during the consequence, you must inflict at least some damage to the king. However, the Isle Soul is not a guaranteed drop, and it may take numerous attempts earlier you receive it. The co-op event that you'll encounter upon entering the island is as follows:

After arriving on the island, head northwest toward the embankment. The mokoko seed is directly left of the northernmost boulder along the coastline.
Travel down the path towards the Tooki King spawning expanse until you reach a three-way intersection. Head southward until you reach the line-fishing spot. The seed is directly left of the wooden platform.
Head back upward the path towards the three-way intersection. Go left and travel towards the center of the Tooki King spawning area. The mokoko seed is hidden behind a small leaf-roof mushroom home.
